Hey, I'm back with another entry. It's been ages since I've last posted an entry and I apologise for that. I tend to find typing an entry a hassle and hence put it off for as long as I can.
So, here's an extra long entry on some more recent events.

On the 6th December 2006, I woke up at 6am to get prepared for the cosplay photoshoot at Chinese Garden. I must admit that I am not pleased with having to wake up so early to prepare for a cosplay event. But this is better than the past where I had to get up at unearthly hours such as 4:30am to prepare. No matter, this EOY shall be the last time I shall attempt to cosplay Curse Seal Sasuke, and then I shall move on to try other characters.
At 9:30am, i arrived at Chinese Garden MRT Station to see raymond, ShiNoDax and shuchi already waiting for us. We chatted amiably as I finished up the rest of my curse seals. Macross, Kaisers and Say Yun arrived soon after, but Kai, Sawatari, stjh, jkkh, guohao, midsummer, Tifa and Aeris were late to the point of arriving at 10:40am when the meeting time was supposed to be at 10am. I cannot deny that I was slightly annoyed at their lack of punctuality, but it would have been improper and damaging for me to tell them off.
Anyway, I'll provide a quick rundown on who's cosplaying who. I cosplayed as Curse Seal Sasuke, raymond did Rey za Burrel, Kaisers wore a yukata, midsummer did MisaMisa, stjh did Deidara, shuchi did Sakura, guohao did a random scary Shinigami, Kai did an even scarier random Shinigami and Sawatari did a high school girl with white hair. I'm not sure the names of the two characters Tifa and Aeris were cosplaying as...anyone reading this post please enlighten me of their names and I'll gladly take note of it.
We dumped our stuff in a pavilion near the Japanese Garden, and headed to the latter to take photos. There were lots of stones along a man-made stream which most of us stood on to pose on, some of us even went so far as to climb up trees for a few shots. We spent about three to four hours in this manner, until we decided to head back and take a break.
We 'dispatched' Byakugan, Kaisers and Say Yun to help us buy drinks from Cheers as we were 'dying' of thirst, and they had the audacity to take their time in their mission! *Whack*
I dismissed the outing temporarily for the cosplayers to change at Kai's house while I went home to change. There is no way we can eat and play in the arcade in our costumes can we? I arranged the meeting time to be at three o'clock but they were late by a long shot again...=_=
This time I didn't mind at all as I was also late myself. They went for lunch at KFC while I, Byakugan, Kaisers and Say Yun went to the Kopitiam foodcourt upstairs instead. It is much more affordable, filling and healthy to eat there instead of a fastfood restaurant.
We met up with them in the arcade soon after, stjh and jkkh were playing DDR, while midsummer was having a go at the ParaPara 1st Mix. I topped up a dollar in my TapZ card and also played ParaPara once. It was a little boring really. I prefer playing the 2nd ParaPara mix compared to the first.
Midsummer treated Byakugan and me to play Pop N Music 13 as we had no money left. After that, we watched Sawatari, guohao and stjh compete with each other in BishiBashi. guohao came out tops, stjh second and Sawatari last. The shocking thing was that Sawatari bit guohao's wrist so hard that it left a big red mark on his skin! Oh my...
I watched them play House of the Dead 4 as well as the Taiko Drum Master, in which I took over from Sawatari.
I left the outing soon after that at 5:30pm as I had a curfew, but I had fun!

The next day, on the 7th December 2006, I had to go for some prize-giving ceremony as one of the prize winners. Because of the formality of the event, I had to wear a SKIRT!
I detest wearing skirts, as wearing one restricts your movement and you have to watch how you stand or sit to prevent any embarrassing scenes.
Anyway, the ceremony took place in the evening, and I got 'Best Attendance for Secondary Three'. Its kind of ironic, an award just for being healthy? Bah, what a waste of time. At least the ice cream provided at the buffet dinner was some sort of consolation.
EOY is coming soon, and I worry for my team mates whose costumes aren't finished yet. Ganbatte minna! The countdown has already started to the 16th December 2006!
